It is perfect for recovering very damaged and dry strands, as this procedure hydrates and even shields your locks from future damage caused by external factors. Our diva Júlia Doorman, owner of the Cabeças de Rainha blog, taught her how to make impeccable capillary shielding to make her strands healthier than ever.

Júlia Doorman teaches how to make capillary shielding at home

The blogger taught a very easy step-by-step for capillary shielding to be done at home. According to Júlia, the treatment takes an hour and the result is hair that is more hydrated, soft and, of course, protected. All you'll need is an anti-residue shampoo, a concentrated hydration mask based on vegetable extracts (coconut oil, argan oil, aloe vera, among others), liquid keratin and a treatment ampoule. Check it step by step:

1 step: wash your locks using anti-residue shampoo.

2 step: spray liquid keratin all over your hair.

3 step: let the keratin act on your locks for 10 minutes.

4 step: using only water, rinse the hair and then, after removing excess water with a towel, apply the concentrated mask based on vegetable extracts.

5 step: leave the mask acting for 30 minutes.

6 step: rinse off the concentrated mask thoroughly, leaving no residue.

7 step: finish the treatment by applying the treatment ampoule, which will seal the threads.

8 step: after the 3 minutes of action of the ampoule, rinse the hair and let it dry naturally.
