Can you use a treatment mask on dry hair?

It is also essential to apply the mask on damp hair, as on wet hair the product is diluted and loses its effectiveness, which impairs the end result.

What is the right amount of hair mask?

The amount of mask on the hair depends on the length and thickness of the strands. It's ideal to apply the product to all the locks so that the hair absorbs the nutrients and ingredients of the mask, but you also don't need to apply more product than necessary, diva!

Those with short or thin hair need less product than those with long thick hair. Just take a portion that resembles a five cent coin, apply and increase the amount as your hair needs. If some parts are dry, take a little more with a spatula and wrap all the strands with your hands.

Can you apply a treatment mask at the root?

The hydration, nutrition or reconstruction mask should only be applied to the length and ends. The scalp already produces enough natural oil to nourish the region, while dry ends are the ones that need the oils present in products. Check out the step by step on how to use a mask on your hair

Step 1: Wet your hair and apply your favorite shampoo to your scalp. Massage the region and rinse;

Step 2: Remove excess water with a towel and separate the hair into parts;

Tip: if you do your hair routine with a collection of Niely Gold, use the conditioner after rinsing the shampoo. Apply to damp hair lengths and ends, wait for two minutes and then rinse.

Step 3: With damp hair, apply the treatment cream to each strand, making the movement of gloving from the length to the ends;

Step 4: Let the product act according to the time indicated on the packaging;

Step 5: After the pause time, rinse thoroughly until all the product is removed.

Can you use a treatment mask every time you wash your hair?
