Whether or not you need to bleach your hair to become a light brunette depends on the natural color of your strands, as dyes only have the power to lighten two to three tones. Preparation to make lit brunette alone

Before you start dyeing your hair a light brunette, there are a few things you need to know so that the process is safe and the result perfect. Check out:

Touch test: the first is to do the touch test at least 48 hours before applying the paint to find out if you are allergic to any component of the product. To do this, take a small amount of the dye with a cotton swab and apply it behind your ear. Wait the recommended amount of time without washing or touching the area. Just use the coloring, okay, diva? No need to mix with the oxidizer! If you notice itching, redness or swelling, it means that your skin is hypersensitive to the product and it should not be used.

Separate the accessories: the second is just before coloring the locks; Gather all the utensils you will need, such as a towel, plastic bowl, brush, plastic and wide-toothed comb, and watch.

Wick test: it is important to know if your hair is resistant enough to be colored and if the tone is as expected. To make it, mix a small amount of dye with oxidant and apply it to a thin section at the back of your hair. Wait for 40 minutes, wash the strand, dry it and see the result. If the strand breaks or heats up, the hair cannot be dyed.

Apply a moisturizing cream around the face: this step is important to protect your skin and avoid stains that take a while to come out.

Tip: apply Cor&Ton dyes to unwashed hair for a maximum of three days, dry and untangled. Also protect your clothing with a towel or cover to avoid stains. All ready? So it's time to become a lit brunette!
