Brown is the color of most Spanish women. Therefore, well-groomed hair full of shine makes a lot of difference in the look, even more so for those who are adept at coloring. But we know that, with the rush of everyday life, it is not always possible to do regular treatments to make the hair shiny. In that case, the glitter bath is the perfect solution! The technique can be done in two ways, returning the color without harming the locks. Learn how!

Brown hair can get reddish highlights

Brown is a versatile and very democratic tone, as it suits different skin types. It turns out that, just like blonde and red hair, the color can also become faded and lifeless, or even acquire reddish reflections because of sun exposure.

So, it's very important to always take care of highlights, investing in hydration. The treatment returns lost water, minimizing dryness and preserving the color of the threads, whether they are dyed or natural.

Bet on the shine bath with toner to recover the color

If hydration was a little left out and you realized that your hair needs an extra boost, you don't have to worry. You can make your brown hair more powerful with a shine bath, made with toner.

The treatment works like this: choose an ammonia-free color that is the same or very close to your original hair color. Then, mix the product with half of the revealing cream that comes with the box, in addition to 3 tablespoons of concentrated mask and 2 drops of argan oil. After washing the strands with shampoo, divide the hair into locks and apply the mixture to each one, using the protective glove. Let it act for half an hour and then rinse with cold water.

The aloe vera bath is a natural option

For those who have virgin hair and do not intend to use the toner, there is no problem. A natural alternative to make a shine bath is to use aloe vera, more specifically the gel that comes inside the leaf.

This gel is rich in amino acids and vitamins that enhance the brown tone, in addition to leaving the hair very soft! Just mix the gel with 100 ml of cold water and beat in a blender until you form a paste. Apply the mixture to clean, dry hair, and after 30 minutes, wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner. Finish as you like.
