Bun hairstyles are practical, classic and, most of the time, very easy to do. They give a special touch to the look and can be used on different occasions, from something more elegant - like a wedding - to everyday situations, like hanging out with friends. Oh, and best of all: there are endless bun possibilities to make your look even more stylish. You can use all your creativity and abuse some hair accessories to further enhance the appearance and rock around. Want to know how to do this? So come more, diva!

1) The pineapple bun is one of the most popular buns among curly hair types.

The pineapple bun is one of the most beloved hairstyles for curly hair out there, and it's no wonder: it's super easy to do and is a good choice to add variety to the look from time to time, in addition to being great for not crushing the curls at bedtime and have an amazing day after. With the head facing down, just grab all the strands in one hand and then tie with a rubber band (preferably fabric) right on top of it. Afterwards, all you have to do is arrange the curls in an unpretentious way and, if you want, you can even loosen some strands in the front or use a scarf or bandana to give it a more modern look. Oh, and to make the pineapple bun even more incredible, the ideal is to apply a texturizing technique, such as the tape, to make the curls more defined before putting your hair up.

2) Double bun brings a crazy charm to the look

It is very likely that you have already seen the curly double bun out there. Although it was a huge success in the 90s, this look has come back with a vengeance in recent years and has gained different styles. One of the most popular is the traditional double bun, which consists of tying up all the hair, but it is also possible to leave one part loose and the other tied back. To make the standard double bun, just part your hair in half and then make a high ponytail on one side of your head, twisting the rest of the strands until you reach the shape of a bun. Finally, just secure the ends with clips or staples and repeat the same process on the other side.

3) Hairstyles with bun: half bun is a hit anywhere

The half bun - also known as a half bun - can be done in less than 5 minutes and is a super practical option for everyday use. The first step is to finalize the strands in the way you prefer and then separate a generous section and tie it on top of the head with a hairclip - so as not to break the curls, bet on a fabric clip ! Then just secure the ends that are left with a clamp to better fix the bun. Oh, and a tip: some accessories are very welcome to enhance the style even more. You can use a tiara to give that look up.

4) Casual bun for curly hair enhances the volume of the curls

No one can deny that the stripped bun is super stylish and brings quite a difference to any diva's look, as it delivers a more voluminous hairstyle effect. Even with a messy look, it can be used even on more formal occasions and makes curly hair beautiful. Best of all, there's no mystery to making this type of bun: before putting your hair in a bun, just leave a few strands loose in different parts of your head, like your bangs or behind your ears. You can also pull a few strands of hair out of the bun itself to give it that messy hair vibe.

5) Polished hairstyle: high bun and low bun are also options to style the look

Here are two extremes of bun hairstyle which is the high and the low. In the first case, the important thing is that the hair is pinned well on top of the head to achieve the desired effect of the look. The ideal is to make a good finalization of the strands with oil, such as argan or coconut, or some gel so that the hair root is well aligned and without frizz.

In the case of the low bun, which is super elegant and chic, the idea is to pull the strands further back, towards the nape of the neck. This type of hairstyle can be done with the hair parted in the middle or swept to the side. To get even more of a diva, tiaras and hairpins are super welcome!
